I was initially referred to Mr Pabari for a very painful right foot especially around the big toe joint. X ray revealed that the joint had worn out, namely osteoarthritis. A steroid injection and orthotics improved the condition but surgery was inevitable given the damage to the joint. Mr Pabari carried out a metatarsal osteotomy which involved cutting the bone behind the joint and fixing with two screws. After eight weeks I have much improved movement in the joint and much less pain after a long walk. I would thoroughly recommend Mr Pabari as he is highly competent, professional and attentive.

Mr Pobari treated my Morton's Neuromas (I have 3 in total in both feet). Through a series of injections and care he managed to lessen the pain in both feet to a manageable level. Hopefully this will continue for the foreseeable future and I do not need to turn to an operation.

Mr Pabari performed surgery to remove my bunion at Gatwick Spire in Oct 2022 on an NHS list. He was very patient and clear in providing information about the surgery and processes. The follow up care was very good with weekly appointments to dress the foot at Dorking Hospital. The outcome has been really good, in terms of alignment, comfort, strength and function and worth the post operative weeks of rest and keeping my foot elevated. I was back to my usual activities in a relatively short amount of time thanks to Mr Pabari's expertise.

Mr. Pabari has helped me manage pain in the toes of one foot for the past 5 years or so, at first with regular steroid injections and then, when these ceased to be effective, with a small operation to remove a nerve which had been inflamed (Morton's Neuroma). This was a month ago and I am now able to walk without pain, so I am much relieved and grateful to Mr. Pabari and his team who were very considerate and efficient throughout. The procedure was most efficiently and quickly carried out and the foot afterwards showed no swelling or undue pain. I would certainly recommend him to others for this or related treatments.
